When working at one of our offices, you should keep the following security guidelines in mind.

Check who is entering our offices - don't let anyone tailgate you in, or leave the door open too long so they can enter after you.

Keep doors closed, especially if you are the last one to leave

Keep your desk clean from any sensitive documents or information

Lock away your laptop in a dedicated drawer or take it with you at the end of the day.

Lock your screen when you walk away from your desk for breaks or meetings.

Be aware of shoulder surfers, especially in common areas of public co-working spaces.

Report anything suspicious to your manager or the security team.

Make sure to use the correct WiFi access points - these should be listed on the relevant handbook pages.

When bringing visitors into the office, make sure to always check them in and out by following our standard visitor process.
