The internal admin portal can accessed at **https://enterprise-portal.sourcegraph.com/internal/subscriptions**, or by visiting the Enterprise Portal homepage and clicking Admin portal in the top right corner.

After a transitionary period we are targeting the end of July 2025 to remove the in-dotcom Enterprise subscriptions UI. By this point all management should be done using the Enterprise Portal UI.

Do I need Entitle for the Admin Portal?

If you do not have the correct permission you will get an error page with a button to open the appropriate Entitle request:

Does Dotcom Site Admin permission work for Enterprise Portal?

No, the dotcom site-admin permission does not grant access to Enterprise Portal. Only the Enterprise Portal service admin role can be used to access subscription and license management - see Do I need Entitle for the Admin Portal?

Is there a change to Subscription/License details/format?

No. The subscriptions and licenses function identically to before. Only the management UI has changed.

How do I create a subscription?

  1. Open the Admin Portal
  2. Click Create Subscription and fill in the form
