The Sourcegraph Core Services team is a team within the Infrastructure Org. We:
- Build tooling and operate infrastructure that enables Sourcegraph Engineers to launch and support their own customer-facing (or internal) services: Core Services Foundations
- Drive and support migrations from legacy services and architecture to Core Services Foundations.
- Operate shared/company-wide services

At a high level, our core ownership areas include primarily centre around the core components of Core Services Foundations:
- Sourcegraph Managed Services Platform (MSP) and supporting managed services as a whole:
- Tooling to bootstrap and operate new services on cloud infrastructure
- Deployment pipelines, observability tooling for managed services
- Support infrastructure for existing standalone managed services
- API gateway and other API concerns
- Generated guidance in Managed Services infrastructure
