The Cody Prime team has end-to-end ownership of everything that helps with managing and monetizing the Cody user experience, for both PLG and Enterprise. They work on:

• PLG accounts, teams, invites, and payment
• Analytics
• Cody Dashboard (display usage limits, onboarding flow, upgrade flow)
• Usage metering and rate limiting
• Preventing abuse
• Cody Gateway

Meeting structure

• EPD meeting on Fridays. Goals are to:
  • Triage new issues and find any fires to put out
  • Groom the backlog
  • Do a recap/status
  • Set preliminary plan for next week
• Eng planning on Tuesdays. Goal is to:
  • Bring engineering input to the week planning
• Week kickoff on Tuesdays. Goal is to:
  • Reflect on the previous week
  • Gauge capacity for the next two weeks
  • Set goals for the week
  • Discuss any topics that are better suited for a sync meeting
  • See everyone in person
