This page describes how to access, install, and use Sourcegraph Agents Early-Access Program.

🚧 Early-Access Program (EAP)

Sourcegraph Agents are under active development and are exclusively shared with a select number of customers as a part of the Early Access Program (EAP), which comes with the following caveats:

Our objective with the EAP is to validate Product Market Fit by assessing the potential of the features and identifying improvements.

For customers in the EAP, this is a unique opportunity to be design partners, get early access to unreleased features, and ultimately, help shape the direction of the product.

Before reading further, please confirm that you have received explicit permission to access Sourcegraph Agents EAP by creating an issue in this project and tagging @Aravind Ramaraju (or #team-agents) for review.

Sourcegraph Agents

Sourcegraph Agents automate repetitive, soul-crushing tasks so developers can do what they do best—create and innovate. We plan to start with a set of vertically oriented agents that can be easily plugged into your enterprise’s environment while also providing you with the building blocks to create custom agents specific to you, your organization, or even your individual developers.

Our Sourcegraph Agents are built on a framework that embodies three key principles:

  1. Painstakingly easy to set up, deploy, and manage so that you are up and running in minutes, not days
  2. Full end-to-end visibility to understand everything from how well the agents are performing, what rules triggered, and how much impact your agents are having
  3. Ever-improving using reinforcement learning with human feedback from your developers’ interactions

We are currently actively and rapidly working on bringing these principles to life the Agents for the following use cases, starting with the Code Review Agent:
