🚧 Early-Access Program (EAP)

Sourcegraph Agents is an EAP product, which comes with the following caveats.

Our objective with the EAP is to validate Product Market Fit by assessing the potential of the features and identifying improvements. For EAP customers, this is a unique opportunity to be design partners, get early access to unreleased features, and ultimately, help shape the direction of the product.

Before reading further, please confirm that you have received explicit permission to access Sourcegraph Agents EAP by creating an issue in this project and tagging @Aravind Ramarajufor review.

What exactly is Sourcegraph Agents?

The long-term vision for Sourcegraph Agents is presented on our landing page.

This page specifically describes how to install, use, and manage the Code Review Agent, a GitHub App integration for performing automated code reviews on pull requests. Support for other code hosts, such as GitLab, is planned in the near future.

Is Sourcegraph Agents “production-ready”?

The short answer is “no”. The image below shows our self-assessment on how feature-complete Sourcegraph Agents is with respect to different user “persona”.

Despite these limitations, our internal testing has shown that Sourcegraph Agents is a valuable tool that is able to catch real-world bugs.
