A. Customer Usage Overviews

→ Comprehensive view of key company metrics & single customer configuration details

  1. Key company metrics FY25: High-level summary of key company metrics. This data powers the GitDown weekly update, and show a week-over-week variance.

  2. Single instance: Overview of a selected customer displaying the Instance Configuration Details (hosting type, deploy type, licensed seats, telemetry status, remote Site ID, external URL, License Key, current user accounts). Additionally contains some high-level product usage data

  3. Multi-instance: The master table displaying all customers is best used to view instance information “at a glance” for a number of different customers at once. To see more detailed information about a single customer, please refer to the single-instance overview.

  4. Understand LLM Model Usage by Customer:

    1. Most Recent LLM Models used by Customers: this dashboard shows the model and the number of distinct users leveraging that model, per instance. Note that customers/users can leverage different models for different features, so you can filter for specific models by feature

    2. Usage Tokens Summary: Here you will find the token consumption by model
  5. Seat consumption: This dashboard provides a monthly updated view of seat consumption across our platform, helping you monitor and optimize the utilization of purchased seats. Seat consumption is calculated as the ratio of Monthly Active Users (MAU) to purchased seats, providing a clear measure of how effectively the purchased capacity is being used.

    Note:

    1. Updates on the 1st of each month
    2. Excludes telemetry-absent and unlimited-seat customers
    3. Notes on inflated MAU due to automatic user account deletions
