A. Customer Usage Overviews

โ†’ Comprehensive view of key company metrics & single customer configuration details

  1. Key company metrics FY25: High-level summary of key company metrics. This data powers the GitDown weekly update, and show a week-over-week variance.

  2. Single instance: Overview of a selected customer displaying the Instance Configuration Details (hosting type, deploy type, licensed seats, telemetry status, remote Site ID, external URL, License Key, current user accounts). Additionally contains some high-level product usage data

  3. Multi-instance: The master table displaying all customers is best used to view instance information โ€œat a glanceโ€ for a number of different customers at once. To see more detailed information about a single customer, please refer to the single-instance overview.

  4. Seat consumption: This dashboard provides a monthly updated view of seat consumption across our platform, helping you monitor and optimize the utilization of purchased seats. Seat consumption is calculated as the ratio of Monthly Active Users (MAU) to purchased seats, providing a clear measure of how effectively the purchased capacity is being used.

    Note:

    1. Updates on the 1st of each month
    2. Excludes telemetry-absent and unlimited-seat customers
    3. Notes on inflated MAU due to automatic user account deletions

B. Overview Search and Cody Aggregated Usage (incl. Feature usage)

  1. Search Usage v2 events: This dashboard contains aggregated data on engagement with the Search product. You will find top search events, search submitted usage per customer, DAU/WAU/MAUs, search latency, search users by client, and more. One can also filter this dashboard to a single customer.
  2. Cody Usage v2 events: This dashboard contains aggregated data on engagement with the Cody product. We can find installs and signups, active usage by different segments (tier, client, etc.), and usage activity for each feature: commands, chat, and completions. Retention, frequency of use, and chat feedback submissions are also found here. One can also filter this dashboard to a specific customers and clients.
