🅿️ Parking

You can park in the lot behind the buildings (or anywhere else in the Presidio). Parking is paid but cheap.

🏦 Reimbursements

We will reimburse parking and/or public transportation costs for candidates local to the San Francisco Bay Area. For candidates traveling from outside of the Bay Area, we will reimburse airfare, meals, transportation costs, and hotel (if applicable).

How to Submit an Invoice:

• All invoices should be sent via email to our accounting team, [email protected] All invoices will be paid through Airbase. Accounting will create an account with your personal email and bank information provided on your invoice.
• Invoices should be sent as a PDF or Excel spreadsheet, so that it can be automatically picked up by Airbase and avoids needing to manually upload the invoice.
• When submitting your first invoice, you will need to provide a W9 (US Based) or W8BEN (international). Reimbursements do not need a W9 or W8BEN.

WiFi:

Scan the QR code in the office for the “CrownRoadSoftware Guest” wifi network. (Sometimes you need to do it 2-3x to get it to work). Or use the “PRESIDIO WIFI” wifi network.
