Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) are an opportunity for CSMs and CSM leadership to step back and review account progress, strategy, blockers, risks, and needs together. MBRs are centered around CSM - Success Planning and are in preparation of Quarterly Business Reviews.

45 minutes, monthly

Agenda

1. CSM leadership reviews all ASPs and provides questions / comments async in advance
2. Top 1-2 accounts CSM would like to discuss
3. Top asks of the business
4. Any ad-hoc topics to discuss / strategize around

Preparation

Prior to the synchronous monthly meeting:

• CSM’s should update status of all ASPs and review / update key account traits such as Risks and CSM Sentiment.
• CSM leadership will review all ASPs and capture questions / feedback in the MBR notes doc
